3 Salad Dressings
These are to brighten up your lunch game and to create a lil' variety. Having some good condiments are key to delicious lunches. Playing around with these means that you can eat loads of veg and still feel like its tasty. I find that eating these a few times a week means that pancake day can happen a little more often too They all serve 1.
Black Tahini:
2 tbsp black tahini (normal works fine here)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Zest of half a lime and 2 tbsp juice
1 tbsp soya sauce
tiny bit of grated garlic
1/2 tsp maple syrup
If too thick, add a splash of water.
White Miso:
1 tsp white miso paste
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp brown rice vinegar
1⁄2 tsp maple syrup
3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp water
Pepper and a little salt
Truffle Balsamic:
3 tbsp truffle olive oil
2 tbsp aged balsamic (or any kind)
Salt and black pepper
