Cream Cheese Dip
Getting seriously naughty here with gorgonzola and cream cheese. This took over a lunch party at the weekend! Highly addictive, you have been warned.
Ingredients:
Makes 450g
250g dolce gorgonzola
250g cream cheese
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
zest of half a lemon and 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt and pepper
a handful of crushed walnuts + 1 tbsp Saucy Chilli Oil for decoration
Place the first 4 ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Scrape into a bowl and top with chilli oil and walnuts. Serve with crudités and bread.
