Ultimate Smoked Salmon & “Cream Cheese” Bagel

I was given two delicious products recently - Julienne Brunno's vegan Crematta and the Smokin’ Brothers smoked salmon tail slices - so I thought I would show them off together. Dairy-free

Serves 1

1 bagel, lightly toasted

Handful pickled onions

Handful capers

Handful dill and chopped chives

A few slithers of fennel

Lemon zest

Salt and black pepper

Layer it all up and enjoy the bagel of your life!!!
